The Brief CAD BLU is a New York-based 3D printing and additive manufacturing solutions company serving over 3,000 customers — from small businesses to Fortune 500 brands — across industries including jewelry, dental, aerospace, medical, and automotive. As sole in-house designer, the challenge was building and maintaining a brand presence that could communicate technical authority across a highly specialized, competitive market.

The Approach The work spanned the full marketing ecosystem — brand identity, digital assets, trade show materials, print collateral, email campaigns, and sales materials. With a product catalog as complex as CAD BLU's — spanning dozens of 3D printers, materials, and industry verticals — the design system had to bring clarity and consistency to an enormous breadth of content without losing visual impact.

The Execution Every touchpoint — from trade show booth graphics to product landing pages — was built around a clean, technical aesthetic that reflected the precision of the products being sold. Marketing materials were developed to perform across both B2B sales environments and industry trade shows, where CAD BLU competed directly against larger, better-resourced competitors.
